Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Verings. By creating an account or launching a diagnostic, you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

Last updated 2026-06-13

If anything here conflicts with a separate signed agreement between us, that agreement governs.

1. Agreement

Verings (“we”, “us”) provides a diagnostic platform for function leaders. By accessing the service you (“you”, the customer) agree to these terms and confirm you are authorised to bind your organisation.

2. The service

Verings designs and runs confidential, role-adaptive diagnostic interviews across an audience you define, and produces a segmented readout and a drafted intervention plan.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

4. Fees & payment

Diagnostic campaigns are charged as a one-time fee by audience tier; an optional Team Pulse is billed monthly per pulse. All payments are made by card through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are stated in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. One-time campaign fees are charged when you launch and are non-refundable once a diagnostic is live. You can cancel a Team Pulse subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to re-identify individual respondents, circumvent the confidentiality gates, or reverse engineer or resell the service without our consent.

6. Confidentiality & participants

Respondent input is anonymous and surfaced only in aggregate above a minimum segment size. You agree not to use the service to identify, single out, or retaliate against any participant.

7. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy notice and governed by our Data Processing Agreement, available on request. Data is processed in the EU region.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the platform, diagnostic frameworks, and models. You retain rights in your own data and in the resulting readout and plan for your internal use.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

The service and its AI-generated outputs are provided “as is”. Outputs are decision support, not professional advice, and you are responsible for decisions taken based on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Term & termination

Either party may stop using or providing the service, and we may suspend access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
