Introducing Verings

Why we built a confidential, AI-led diagnostic for function leaders — and how the engines collate a segmented view of issues without ever exposing a person.

Verings teamMethodologyProduct

A function leader knows something is off, but the picture is fuzzy. Verings sharpens it.

What it does

You describe your role, objectives, strategy, and where you think the issues are. An AI designs a nuanced assessment, runs role-adaptive conversational interviews across an audience you define — from dozens to thousands — and collates a confidential, segmented view of issues and priorities, plus a drafted intervention plan.

How candor is protected

The leader never sees individual responses, and never a segment cut below a minimum number of respondents. Analysis is anonymous and segmented, with a per-cut min-N gate enforced before anything reaches you.

The engines

  • Diagnostic Designer turns a function framework and your hypotheses into weighted dimensions and an issue tree.
  • Role-Adaptive Interviewer asks each respondent only what their role can speak to — neutral, never leading.
  • Diagnostic Synthesizer maps evidence across every transcript, preserves dissent, and resists sycophancy.
  • Segment Confidentiality Guard enforces min-N and scrubs anything identifiable, every time.
  • Intervention Planner drafts a programme where every recommendation traces back to an issue.

That is the diagnostic a good consultant runs at the start of an engagement — without the wait, and without the exposure.
